Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped on business days. Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

All deliveries are handled by shipping couriers. Therefore all times given are estimated delivery times. There is a small chance that your delivery may come earlier or later than specified.

You will be sent an email when your package has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your address is correct at checkout.

In-Store Pick Up

Allow 1-2 days to process your order. Once your order is ready you will recieve a “Ready for Pickup” email. Please wait until you receive the Ready for Pickup email before coming to pick up your order.  Bring your email confirmation with the order number.

Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges can be done in person or by mail. An exchange or store credit only.
